EP44 w/ Griffin Lewis: Running in Sprinklers, Covid-19, and Obituary

Griffin Lewis has a heart for people.  He is a dad who self-reflects and has a growth mindset.  As a dad of three, a husband, a provider, and a lover of fitness he makes time to pause and reflect on who he is, and who he wants to be.  We are in an uncertain time with Covid-19.  For our podcast, he read some of his obituary, yea that's right...as a guy who self-reflects he wrote his obituary a few years back, and he wrote it as if his son was reading it one day...heavy!  With times already uncertain it is a great reminder that us dads have a huge opportunity to leave a mark on this earth through our day in day out decisions with our time and resources.

About the Podcast

Fatherhood Field Notes
Fatherhood Field Notes is where we hear real stories from real men living real lives every week. Fatherhood is not only about being a dad, it incorporates providing and serving a home, loving and serving a spouse, engaging and serving in a community, as well as intentionally serving your children. Fatherhood is an adventure, one full of fun, wild, and messy stories. In this podcast, we will hear stories from real men who have found themselves living the Adventure of Fatherhood. The Craft of Fatherhood episodes are 5-10 minute episodes where your guide Ned Schaut shares stories on his own fatherhood journey.
