In this episode, Ned Schaut and Matthew Sadler discuss what it means to live a life of service.  When Ned asked Matthew about the Legacy he wants to leave behind he said he wants to leave a legacy of service....life is about serving others, not about what you gain or do for yourself.

With that in mind, Matthew shared his thoughts on Mastery.  When you want to be a master at your craft you don't get a lot of days off, you don't take time away from the game.  This is important for life, careers, hobbies, and especially fatherhood.
