We discuss all he's learned as a dedicated father and husband for the past three decades. 

He shares his how a recent 75 day physical challenge has also challenged him mentally. Overall, he's focused on maintaining an athletic mindset and shares how this has carried over to making an impact on his kids and grandkids.

He shares a habit of meditation and goal tracking keep him moving in the right direction or know when he needs to course correct and refocus.

Jason dives deep into when he embraced being a father and again as a grandfather. Being a young father and an widow early on. He shares how not being raised by his father affected him moving into fatherhood at a young age.

We talk about the importance of having a strong foundation in conflict resolution and how its solidified a strong marriage in his home.
