EP236 with Neil Knaak: Raising Boys to not be "Normal"

In this episode, Neil Knaak shares how he created a family credo, guiding principles, for his family and what they stand for.  This is how Ned and Neil originally connected, Ned overheard Neil share the second family value: "Protect the Queen." If all young men were taught this by their fathers our world would look different.

He talks about rebelling against "normalcy" and how he's raising his boys to pursue greatness - not just mediocrity. It takes extra effort to excel beyond the average and he's striving to teach this to his boys daily. He talks about intentional practices to help instill this into his boys. It is clear he is raising men of integrity, good communicators, and strong leaders.

This is a great listen, especially for dads raising young men.
