In this episode, Mark Stacy shares his fatherhood field notes from raising 5 kiddos.  He has made an effort to create incredible memories with his children by traveling with them one on one.  Mark shares how to have conversations with your kids.  One of the biggest aha's was Mark sharing his thoughts around knowing the basic needs of your children and how if you can meet them it will lead to far fewer blow-ups for them...and for you!
